General Information

  • What is the room capacity?

    Our venue accommodates up to 50 people in total. However, some children's event packages have specific capacity restrictions. You can check the details by clicking on here

  • Is parking available?

    Yes! A complimentary self-park parking lot is available for your convenience. You can find our location here

  • What services come with the basic room rental?

    The room rental includes:
    ✔ Setup of tables and chairs before your arrival
    ✔ Cleaning service after the event
    Note: You are still responsible for disposing of any garbage in the bins behind the building.

  • What amenities are included in the rental?

    The venue provides access to:
    ✔ Refrigerator
    ✔ Coffee machine
    ✔ Speakers
    ✔ Disco light
    Additional rentals like a chocolate fountain or popcorn machine are available at an extra cost.

Setup, Cleanup & Decorations

  • How much time do I have for setup and cleanup?

    You can arrive 30 minutes prior to your party for setup. Cleanup must begin immediately at the end of your party.

    This includes:
    ✔ Throwing out garbage
    ✔ Sweeping if needed

  • Can I bring my own decorations?

    Yes, you may bring your own decorations, but:
    🚫 Candles (other than on the birthday cake) are strictly prohibited.
    ✔ If you’d like us to handle decorations, you can request this service in advance.

Food & Beverages

  • Can I bring my own food?

    Yes! You are welcome to provide your own food for the party.

  • Can I bring alcohol?

    Yes, but only if you obtain an alcohol license and provide proof.

  • Do we offer food and beverage services?

    ✔ Yes, we provide food and beverages, but we cannot guarantee that the food is nut-free.
    ✔ Catering services are also available upon request.

Policies & Terms

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Full refund: If canceled within 24 hours of booking (except bookings made within 48 hours of the event).
    50% refund: If canceled outside of 72 hours before the event.
    🚫 No refund: If canceled within 72 hours before the event.

  • Can I postpone my event?

    ✔ Yes, we allow postponements based on availability.
    ✔ If the postponement is within 48 hours of the start time, a $50 fee will apply.
    🚫 Postponed parties are non-refundable.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    🚫 No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Liability & Security

  • Is a security deposit required?

    ✔ Yes, a $100 security deposit is required when booking.
    ✔ It will be refunded after verifying that all tables, chairs, toys, and accessories are in good condition.

  • Who is responsible for supervising the children?

    ✔ Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Is Club D’Enfants Jeu T’Aime responsible for lost or damaged items?

    🚫 No, we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
    ✔ Items left behind will be kept for up to 2 days after the event for pickup.

Other Policies

  • Are there any noise restrictions?


    ✔ Volume should be kept at a respectful level and should not exceed the venue's perimeter.

  • Can we use inflatable games indoors?

    ✔ Yes, but the client accepts full responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by the inflatable games.

  • Do I need insurance for my event?

    ✔ Clients must ensure that no hazardous materials or dangerous objects are brought onto the premises.
    ✔ Club D’Enfants Jeu T’Aime is not liable for injuries or damages caused during the event.
